Two incidents of gunplay rattled the streets of Medford over the weekend, leading to two arrests and one teen being rushed to the hospital to treat a neck wound.

Sunday, 20-year-old Phoenix Douglas Wood was arrested in connection with the shooting of the teen near The Village at Medford Center.

The teen, a 16-year-old male, was rushed into emergency surgery at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, according to police.
